B.E.S.T. is a gentle, somatic method that helps your body release emotional patterns without talking therapy, analysis, or reliving the past.  Develop by Dr T J Morter 

These sessions are designed for those who don’t want to talk in circles anymore.
Your body already knows  — and together, we work with that wisdom directly.

This is a gentle, highly effective somatic process that helps you:
• release emotional weight without reliving the story,
• understand the signals your body has been sending,
• shift patterns held in the nervous system,
• and reconnect with your natural clarity and strength.

There is no analysing, no overthinking, no retelling the past.
Instead, we work with breath, sensation, and the subtle cues of the body so your system can realign itself — safely, calmly, and at its own pace.
